The International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion or Belief – Action for Lasting Change
The Chair of the International Freedom of Religion or Belief Alliance (IRFBA) Fiona Bruce MP invites you to join an online webinar marking The International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion or Belief – Action for Lasting Change. Register here.
In 2023, for the first time ever, the UN Day will be officially marked by the International Religious Freedom or Belief Alliance (IRFBA), with an online session focused on calls for action for lasting change. IRFBA is deeply concerned about all cases of violence against any individual based on their religion or belief, which occur in many places across the world and in some are on the rise. IRFBA joins calls for such violence to stop and advocates providing support and remedy to victims. The session will also be joined by survivors of violence based on religion or belief who will share their experiences and calls for action.
